We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery of your item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

The item must be in original packaging

All accessories, manuals, chargers, and parts must be included

The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or installation
Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used electric bikes

Products with scratches, damage, or wear

Batteries that have been installed or charged

Items missing original packaging

Gift cards

Clearance or final-sale items

Customized or special-order items
3. Electric Bike Returns (Important)
Electric bikes are large and sensitive items. Please read carefully:
A return will only be accepted if the bike:

Has not been ridden
-
Has not been assembled (other than basic inspection)

Has no odometer usage
-
Is returned in the original shipping box with protective packaging
If the bike has been used or assembled, the return may be refused.
4. Return Authorization (Required)
Before returning any item, you must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos and/or video of the damage

Keep all packaging materials
We will provide a replacement part, repair solution, or replacement product when applicable.
Do not return damaged items without contacting us first.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Electric bike return shipping may require freight shipping and can be expensive.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a return is approved due to our error (wrong item or defective), we will cover return shipping.
7. Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price.
This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refund processing times:

Inspection: 3–5 business days

Bank processing: 5–10 business days
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
If the order has already shipped:

10. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

11. Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address:
