This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed on our website.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 United States

  • U.S. residential and commercial addresses

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for large items such as electric bikes)

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • International locations

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the type of product ordered.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, supply chain disruptions, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reliable national carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Freight carriers (for oversized electric bikes)

The carrier used will depend on product size, weight, and delivery location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items ordered.

From time to time, Ebikes&More may offer free shipping promotions on selected products within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your shipment.

Ebikes&More is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Natural disasters

  • Security or delivery restrictions

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide a replacement or resolution.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after the order is placed.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping charges.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product immediately

  2. Keep all packaging materials

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer and returned to us, shipping and return freight costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
